Patient care fund
Seasons Hospice is deeply committed to providing 24/7 residential hospice care to all who need or want end-of-life care at our Hospice House, regardless of their financial situation.
The Patient Care Fund provides financial assistance to hospice patients who are otherwise unable to afford this hospice care.
How to give:
Click here to donate online. Go to “Program Donation” and choose Patient Care Fund in the drop-down menu. You may make a one-time or recurring gift through this online form.
Mail a donation to 1696 Greenview Dr SW, Rochester, MN, with a note that you would like the donation directed to our Patient Care Fund.
Seasons of Life Society
The Seasons of Life Society recognizes and honors donors who include Seasons Hospice in their financial and/or estate plans. These special supporters know their gift will create a lasting legacy that will help Seasons care for individuals at the end of life for years to come. Members inspire others to consider how they, too, may leave a lasting legacy to Seasons Hospice.
Directors circle
The Director’s Circle recognizes those who provide leadership-level support through gifts of time, talent, or treasure. This circle of individuals, partners, organizations, and friends are exceptionally dedicated to Seasons, helping to ensure that patients and their loved ones have access to exceptional end-of-life care, regardless of financial circumstances.
Director’s Circle members receive periodic “insider” information and invitations to special events.
Membership is offered to those who support Seasons Hospice in one or more of the ways listed.
