You are invited to our annual Memories of the Heart memorial service which will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Rochester International Event Center. The doors will open at 6:15 pm for a reception with light refreshments, and the program will begin at 7:00 pm.

In keeping with our long-standing tradition, the names of those served by Seasons Hospice this past year will be read as a part of the service.
