Special days, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays can be especially difficult times filled with emotional turbulence for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. This is particularly true during the first year following the loved one’s death. Seasons Hospice Center for Grief Education and Support cordially invites you to our annual Managing Special Days workshop and crafts.

WORKSHOP TOPICS: Strategies to help reduce stress and anxiety during upcoming special days and holidays. Interactive discussion around potential scenarios and options to manage the upcoming special days and holidays.

CRAFTS: An opportunity for children and adults to create crafts together to honor the deceased.

Two dates available. Please register for one date:

April 8, 2019: Workshop is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Crafts are from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

April 10, 2019: Workshop is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Crafts are from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
