“Memories of the Heart” will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Christ United Methodist Church (400 Fifth Avenue SW, Rochester, MN). This year we will be hosting our reception prior to the service. Open reception begins at 6:00 p.m. followed by the service at 7:00 p.m. For the past twenty years, Seasons Hospice has provided this special way to remember loves ones who have died. The service includes music, reflection, and the reading of names of those loved ones being remembered. Please join us for this event which is open to all who wish to remember someone. A memorial board will be available if you choose to bring a photo of your loved one.

Your loved one and all those served by Seasons Hospice this past year will be included in the reading list. If you prefer your loved one’s name not be read, please contact us. You may use the request form below to let us know if there are other names you would like to add to the reading list. Please feel free to share this form and event with others.
